[Nile Post] State House Comptroller Jane Barekye has warned beneficiaries of the Presidential Industrial Skilling Hubs against misusing government start-up loans, saying President Yoweri Museveni will only increase funding to graduates' SACCOs if existing revolving funds are properly managed.
