[Nile Post] The Chief of Defence Forces, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, has removed Maj Gen James Birungi from command of the Uganda People's Defence Forces (UPDF) Mountain Infantry Division and redeployed him to Burundi as Uganda's Defence Attaché and Military Advisor.
